Academic Advising for Returning Students
The Faculty of Social Science and Humanities (FSSH) Academic Advising team is dedicated to your success. We will strive to help you make choices leading to academic and personal achievement. In this role, we will act as your main contact in FSSH and will assist you through every step of your journey with us. We are available to help, support and encourage you in a variety of areas.
Upper-year students can reach an advisor through email at sshadvising@ontariotechu.ca. Schedule an appointment through the academic advising portal or attend drop-ins located on the 3rd floor in Charles Hall Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Additionally, if a student has a quick question, both first-year and upper-year students can utilize the chat function on the academic advising page from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
